Erick Dizon 10 Years — fishermen's finest

Ms. Park recognized Jon Erick Dizon, for 10 years of service today, April 23, 2025, at Fishermen’s Finest.

Erick was recruited from Spokane, Washington over a decade ago. He worked in the fish factory aboard the US INTREPID and eventually was offered a position in the galley as the assistant cook. He just rotated home off AMERICAS FINEST last trip and is on a four-trip rotation.

I started working with Fishermen’s Finest back in 2011, when I was referred by my stepfather. I’ve got to meet and work with some cool people over the years…

Most recently he has been cook aboard the US INTREPID in 2023-2024 and now cook aboard the AMERICAS FINEST. He’s a great shipmate, good cook, and all-around fine member of the FFamily.

In recognition of 10+ years of service, as is our tradition at Fishermen’s Finest, Ms. Park presented Erick with a gift of an Omega Seamaster ‘James Bond’ watch and a certificate of achievement as follows:
