Thanksgiving Greetings

Thanksgiving is a very special holiday and typically marks the end of our fishing season; this year is no exception - both the American No.1 & US Intrepid arrived at the Maritime Industrial Center on Tuesday, just in time for our crew to be home and celebrate the holiday with their families and friends.

It's hard to believe that this photo was taken last Thanksgiving; 81 fishing trips later, we are back home, safe and sound - we are so very thankful.

Thanksgiving is a very special holiday and typically marks the end of our fishing season; this year is no exception - both the American No.1 & US Intrepid arrived at the Maritime Industrial Center on Tuesday, just in time for our crew to be home and celebrate the holiday with their families and friends. The picture below was taken on the vessels' arrival - they are looking good for working as hard as they did in 2012.  A testament to our crew and management for taking pride in our operations.

We have so much to be thankful for ~ best crew in the industry.  Safe, productive, well maintained vessels and the spirit/drive to go to sea and harvest our nation's resources. And dedication to the stewardship of those resources that make all of this possible.

81 trips between the two boats in 2012 ~ a new record and truly something to be proud of and thankful for.

All of us at Fishermen's Finest join in wishing our colleagues, family, and friends a Happy Thanksgiving!

We'll be back in the shipyard tomorrow morning and working through the remainder of the holiday weekend to ensure our vessels are properly maintained and ready to sail on January 10th to start then new season.  Here's to 82 (or more) trips in 2013!
