Congrats ARAHO!

Congratulations to our fellow Amendment 80 friendly competitors, O'Hara Corporation on the delivery of their new Freezer Trawler ARAHO. Fishermen's Finest was pleased to be part of the big celebration yesterday (March 7, 2017) at Pier 91 in Seattle.

The ARAHO was built by Eastern Shipbuilding Group and designed by Skipsteknisk AS ~

Dimensions: 194’ x 49’ x 19’ 4”.
Main Engine: 4,000-hp at 900-rpm EMD MEL16-710G7.
Reduction Gear: Lufkin vertical offset 7.20:1
Auxillary Power: two 550-kW Caterpillar C18 gensets, one 95-kW Caterpillar C4.4 emergency genset.
