Open Enrollment ‘18

FFinest Crew - It’s that time again! Open Enrollment packets will be mailed out to your home addresses (on file) this week.  If you’d like to have a PDF of the packet emailed to you, please contact Candace Whitney.

The completed forms need to be submitted to Candace or Courtney by the end of the year.

Unless a crewmember is participating in ALL of the plans (medical, dental, vision, and FSA), you must also complete the waiver, specifying those pland they do not wish to participate in.
