Gulf Port Alaska
Our primary port of call for the Gulf of Alaska Fisheries of Fishermen's Finest is Sand Point. Located on the Southern side of the Alaska Peninsula, Sand Point is about a days steam from Dutch Harbor and provides shoreside services for the American No.1 and US Intrepid during the months of April, July, and October.
Since 1986, Fishermen's Finest has operated in the Gulf of Alaska in what is now known as the deepwater and shallow water complex fisheries. Sand Point is a very important port of call for Fishermen's Finest and we currently hail from here the months of April, July, and October:

Our main store/supplier for everything from food to gear to hardware - AC (Alaska Commercial). Thank you to Robbe and Robin Gilmour who take good care of our vessels and crew!
And 'the best place to stay in Sand Point,'the Anchor Inn' - Pam Gundersen offers her hospitality to our crew as we come and go by sea and by air.
