BBEDC FishFinest Internship
Amber Christensen-Fox of Port Heiden just completed an office/shipyard internship with Fishermen's Finest, as sponsored by the Bristol Bay Economic Development Corporation ("BBEDC")
Since 1997, Fishermen's Finest has been associated with the Bristol Bay Economic Development Corporation (aka BBEDC). Amber Christensen-Fox of Port Heiden Alaska is the latest intern in our Seattle office and participated in our Annual Shipyard operations over the holidays as well as day to day fishing vessel operations in the office for the start of the 2012 Season
Pictured above is Amber with Ms. Park in our conference room as we celebrated her completion of the internship and wished her well in her future endeavors.
As part of the internship, Amber, together with the Operations team at Fishermen's Finest traveled to King Salmon, Naknek, Dillingham, and Sand Point in March, in conjunction with the BBEDC Career fairs (Naknek & Dillingham) and to establish our 'Gulf Port' of operations in Sand Point.
